Overview

We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on customer service and teamwork. You will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance in the building as needed. Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or improvements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. General upkeep and tidying of the grounds Painting and flooring as needed. Upkeep and maintenance on the pool system and pool area other tasks as needed

Experience

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated to work alone or in team setting Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
