Summary
We are seeking a skilled Condominium Manager for our Northern Community locations to join our Team. The Condominium Manager "
MUST
" possess a General License as recognized by the CMRAO, our governing body. Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with licensing regulations while supporting our mission to provide top-notch condominium management services. This position is based in the Muskoka and surrounding Areas.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day to day operations and administration of the properties assigned and prepare Budgets and Reserve Fund monitoring
Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with Contractors on site, obtain quotations for projects, obtain Board approval for projects and ensure jobs are completed as detailed and on time.
Answer unit owner questions or requests, monitor our portal system and update the system as needed, coordinating with Head Office if needed.
Be available to deal with an emergency situation with trades that you have developed good working relationships with.
Review invoices from trades, approve and forward to Head office for processing
Maintain up-to-date site records of maintenance items and seasonable contracts and Insurance, WSIB requirements for all trades working at the properties.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Condominium property management and "Must" have a General License.
Strong knowledge of licensing regulations applicable to condominium management.
Must have good computer skills for updating records and communication with owners, trades, Board of Directors
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships.
Administrative experience with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
