We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed. Support team members in various construction or production tasks. Maintain safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Driving workers to sites

Experience

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment is advantageous. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures is essential.
