Job Summary:

We're looking for hardworking, reliable General Labourers to join our winter snow removal team. This is an entry-level position where you'll be part of a crew responsible for keeping our clients' properties safe and accessible during winter weather. When the snow melts, you'll transition to our landscaping and construction teams, learning valuable skills while working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform snow and ice removal using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment Apply salt and sand to walkways and parking lots Assist crew members with various snow removal tasks Maintain and clean equipment after use Follow safety protocols and instructions from Site Supervisor Transition to landscaping duties in summer including mowing, planting, and general property maintenance Learn basic construction skills including concrete work and landscape installation

Requirements & Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and ability to work in all weather conditions Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labour Willingness to learn and follow instructions Reliability and punctuality Must have reliable transportation to our yard/office Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and during snow events as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 50 per week
