Duties

Assist in the preparation of job sites by setting up equipment and materials. Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions closely. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
