What You'll Do
Supply materials to operators and handle finished products
Load and unload raw materials (e.g., EPS blocks, packaging) and move them within the plant using carts or pallet jacks
Assist with loading finished goods onto trucks under the direction of the shipper/receiver
Support operating the cutting line under the direction of trained operators
Wrap, label, and palletize finished products for storage or shipment
Help clean block or shape molds and prepare equipment under supervision
Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping floors, removing scrap, and following 5S practices (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
Identify and report obvious product defects, damage, or unsafe conditions
Use PPE properly, follow all safety signage, and report hazards or unsafe behavior
Carry out general duties across departments as assigned by supervisors or team leads

Education:
No formal education required
Experience:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset but not required
Skills:
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
