Responsibilities
Work hard, stay reliable, and deliver service with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Assist with lawn care, gutter cleaning, painting, and property maintenance.
Help keep client properties safe, tidy, and well cared for.
Use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and lawn care equipment (training provided).
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, hauling, and shoveling.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Positive attitude -- the most important qualification at the Honey-Do Crew
Reliability and punctuality -- you show up on time and ready to work
Enjoyment of flexibility and variety -- no two days look the same
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills
Physically fit -- able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labour
Steel-toed work boots (must provide your own)
Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
Non-smoker -- we provide clients with a smoke-free service and professional crew
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Preferred (But Not Required)
We're happy to train the right person, but you'll stand out if you have:
Experience with lawn care equipment (trimmers, push mowers, riding or zero-turn mowers)
Comfort with power tools (drills, saws, chainsaws)
Familiarity with hand tools (hammers, rakes, tape measures, etc.)

Compensation
$18-$20/hour starting wage, depending on experience
Up to $22/hour for candidates with advanced skills and experience
Paid bi-weekly, with overtime paid at statutory rates
