Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as General Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the operations of our projects. Work will involve reporting to various job sites on a daily basis. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working in a hands-on environment and are eager to contribute to the success of our team.

Duties

Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, digging, and site preparation. Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed, providing support in various construction or maintenance activities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Valid Driver's Licence and owning/driving a car is mandatory Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
