We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. Duties

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with other team members or contractors as needed for larger projects. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job. Provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades to enhance property functionality.

Experience

Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar maintenance role is preferred. Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory; reliable transportation is essential for commuting between job sites.
