General Handyman
Job Description
Restoration and Building Maintenance Company is looking for a Full Time - General Handyman.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow within our fast paced, professional & friendly environment. We are looking for a hard-working individual with a can-do attitude, strong leadership skills, great initiative and a willingness to grow with the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Carpentry and general handyman skills
Deck repairs
Structural repairs
Rot repairs
Gutter repairs
Door and Window repairs and replacements
Siding repairs and replacements
Fence and gate repairs
Qualification:
3 - 5 years of experience
Excellent communication skills
A valid driver license, drivers abstract is required
Ability to work with a crew and work alone
Able to work overtime when necessary
Able to work after hours on-call shifts 1 week/month on average
