Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to perform various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to appliances, fixtures, and other equipment. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs. Assist with installations of appliances, fixtures, and other equipment as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Document completed tasks and report any additional issues or recommendations for further repairs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various maintenance techniques and methods. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills. A valid driver's license.
