Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, including working with garden tools, maintaining equipment, and assisting in heavy lifting. This role requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various tools and machinery effectively.

Responsibilities

Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform various tasks related to fields and maintenance. Operate heavy equipment and farm machinery as needed for different projects Perform heavy lifting tasks, moving materials and equipment as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and machinery are stored properly. Conduct basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Requirements

Proven experience in labor-intensive roles or similar positions is preferred. Handling and Sorting potatoes by hand Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery. Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating quantities. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. A commitment to safety protocols in all aspects of work.
