General Construction Labourers

to join our crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment. Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites Support insulation installer with application of batt, blown-in, spray foam, or rigid board insulation Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Help with erecting and dismantling scaffolding or ladders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Qualifications

Previous construction or general labour experience (preferred but not required) Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to work in confined spaces, attic, basements, and varying temperatures Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
