Overview
The General Construction Worker supports a variety of property maintenance, landscaping, and repair projects across MPL Group sites. This hands-on role is ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working on different tasks each day.
Duties
Assist with general construction and property maintenance Perform landscaping tasks including lawn care, garden upkeep, and outdoor improvements Handle basic repairs, painting, and general handyman work Load, move, and organize materials and equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly goals
Skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labour Experience in construction, landscaping, or maintenance is an asset Must have own transportation to the main shop and a valid driver's licence
