Job Description

Job Summary


We are seeking a highly dedicated and trustworthy finance steward to take charge of our company's accounting department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong integrity, accountability, and solid experience in financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, and cost control processes; Establish and optimize accounting policies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data; Review financial statements and analysis reports to support strategic decision-making; Oversee cash flow management and risk control to maintain financial stability and compliance; Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions; Manage and mentor the finance team, enhancing overall efficiency and professionalism. Supervise and support the financial activities of other departments.

Qualifications (

must meet at least four of the qualifications outlined below

)



Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA or equivalent certification preferred; Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting; Strong ethical standards, honesty, and sense of responsibility; Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with solid knowledge of taxation, audit, and financial analysis processes.

Responsibilities



Maintain and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Collaborate with the finance team to support payroll processing and financial reporting Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks,Sage, and other tools for bookkeeping and financial management Assist in corporate finance activities including account analysis and budgeting Provide support for financial services initiatives as needed

Skills



Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and others Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles of accounting Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and auditing processes Ability to perform account analysis and prepare detailed reports Familiarity with corporate finance concepts and budgeting techniques Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
