Noto Gelato is a Calgary based food company that produces premium gelato and sorbetto products by using authentic recipes and manufacturing techniques. The company was founded in 2020 and is growing its staff to facilitate the production of gelato for customers who visit Noto's Bridgeland location, and distribute product to restaurants and grocers.
The Position:
Gelato Specialists will be responsible for scooping and serving Noto's gelato and sorbetto products. Noto Gelato is looking for candidates interested in becoming a team leader, who are able to work in a fast-paced, customer -focused environment.
What you will do:
Scoop and serve Noto products, providing excellent service Take payments, reconcile cash and tips Stocking supplies and product General cleaning, washing of counters and tools, contributing to the cleanliness of the facility
What you will need:
Ability to stay friendly, and keep up in a fast-paced environment Adherence to cleanliness standards Willingness to learn and be a team player Availability to work various shifts, standing for long hours Previous similar experience is a plus Food Safety Certificate would be considered an asset
