Responsibilities:

  • Manage team schedules and movements.
  • Provide administrative and marketing support to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Create and schedule content, including social media copy and design assets.
  • Monitor social channels for trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze social media metrics and offer improvement suggestions.
  • Research the industry and provide actionable expansion tips.
  • Network on social media to increase company account awareness.
  • Assist in developing social media plans and strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media best practices and technologies.
  • Create newsletters, and blogs, and maintain the website with external support.
  • Coordinate staging, photography, and videography for projects.
  • Manage events (home shows, trade shows, open houses, seminars).
  • Maintain and update sales materials.
  • Expand social media presence on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Houzz).
  • Coordinate PR, print ads, and editorial with publications (print and web).
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Marketing and Media experience, preferably with a degree in the field.
  • Friendly and adaptable with a positive, creative attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented and a collaborative team player.
  • Resourceful problem solver who excels in organization and multitasking.
  • Proficient in various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google My Business) and scheduling tools (Facebook Business Suite, Later, Planoly).
  • Knowledgeable in marketing practices and procedures.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, GSuite, Slack, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Monday.Com, Adobe Suite, Mail Chimp, and WordPress is a plus.
  • Graphic design and video creation experience is advantageous.
  • Must have a valid BC driver\'s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
