Responsibilities:

Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing trash to maintain a neat appearance Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations as needed Prepare a variety of coffee, espresso-based beverages, and breakfast sandwiches Prepare and cook pizza and other food items according to recipes and quality standards Upsell additional menu items to increase sales and enhance the customer experience Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Work collaboratively with coworkers to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and support each other as needed Additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:

Previous experience in the gas station or retail industry is preferred Previous experience in the food service industry or as a cook is preferred Knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and kitchen operations Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
