Job Description

We are seeking 2 dedicated and friendly Gas Station Cashiers to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. You will assist customers with fuel purchases, retail sales, and other services offered at the station. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, has strong communication skills, and can manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fuel and retail purchases.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station premises, including fuel pumps and convenience store areas.
• Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or maintenance needs to management.
• Provide information about products and services offered at the station, including technical sales support as needed.
• Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory within the convenience store.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Basic technical knowledge related to fuel products is advantageous but not mandatory.
