C.M. Klassen Holdings Inc. is the Area Agent for Suncor (Petro Canada), operating all the Lower Mainland Commercial Fueling Stations. We provide fuel and convenience services, including a storefront and facilities for Petro Pass customers, ensuring a reliable and efficient experience.

Summary

As a Service Attendant at C.M. Klassen Holdings Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service at our fueling station. This position involves assisting customers with their needs, managing transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding fuel and store products. Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Perform product demonstrations to promote store offerings and enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fueling station (fuel islands) and storefront areas. Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Having a positive attitude with Team members, being supportive & encouraging

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Basic math skills to manage transactions effectively. Familiarity with POS systems is an asset. Being willing to do outside duties around the fueling islands Being willing to do cleaning as we have full bathrooms, driver's lounge Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
