Evening Supervisor

at our

Souris Manitoba Gas Bar & Convenience Store location.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will possess strong work ethics, superior customer service and organizational skills, keeping in mind the responsibility to maintain a safe and healthy environment for themselves, their team, and our members/customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the

evening hours operations

of the Gas Bar and Convenience Store. Ensure a positive customer experience by efficiently processing transactions and addressing inquiries or concerns. Supervise and assist with training front-line staff to maintain high performance standards. Assist with the management of marketing activities including merchandising, inventory control, and coordinating ordering and receiving processes. Collaborate proactively with the Management team to achieve financial results and meet established budgetary goals.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven capacity to inspire and motivate teams. High levels of motivation and commitment to superior work standards. Advanced organizational and planning expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior supervisory experience or involvement in the Co-operative Retailing System is considered an asset.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This position will be required to work evenings, including weekends and holidays. Candidates not available for our hours of operation need not apply.
