About the Role

As an Assistant Manager/Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our store. You'll help lead our team, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to a fun, welcoming shopping experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership potential who's ready to grow in retail.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed financial goals, focusing on sales and profitability. Manage expenses, billing, and vendor payments efficiently. Drive sales through staff development, coaching, and training. Oversee customer buys and maintain productivity and profitability standards. Foster a culture of outstanding customer service. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Recruit, hire, train, and schedule store associates. Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing coaching. Manage inventory, including receiving, ticketing, and stock organization. Ensure operational and monetary controls, including daily deposits and audits. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus. 2+ years of management/supervisory experience and 3+ years in retail sales. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication. Sales-driven and goal-oriented. Computer literacy is essential.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per day. Lift up to 40 lbs. (heavier lifting with assistance). Perform bending, reaching, and rotating typical of a retail setting. Comfortable with retail noise levels and operating a sales terminal.
