Are you passionate about plants, retail, and providing top-notch customer service? Dutch Growers is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Garden Centre Associates to join our team. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment where you'll help customers, support the daily operations of our garden centre, and learn about a wide range of plants and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases Retain and share information about a variety of plants, garden supplies, and home goods Restock merchandise and maintain clean, organized product displays Help create visually appealing displays throughout the store and greenhouse Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and unloading stock Tidy sales areas, sweep, water, and clean as needed Operate the POS system when required Walk and work on your feet for most of your shift

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of retail, customer service, or sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry heavy items (bags of soil, plant pots, etc.) Willingness to learn about a wide variety of plants and gardening products Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy team environment Availability to work weekends, especially during peak seasons (May-July)

Work Schedule:

8-hour shifts Weekend work is required
