Garde Manger

to join our culinary team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Position Overview

The Garde Manger will be responsible for all cold kitchen preparations, including antipasti, salads, desserts, and select cold plates. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to execute consistent, elegant dishes in a fast-paced fine-dining environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute all cold station items including antipasti, salads, burrata, carpaccio, desserts, and garnishes Maintain consistency, presentation, and portion standards Properly handle, store, and rotate ingredients following food safety guidelines Assist with prep for service and special events Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef Support other stations as needed during service
Qualifications

2+ years experience in a professional kitchen (Italian or fine dining experience preferred) Strong knife skills and knowledge of cold kitchen techniques Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
