About the Role

As a Game Day Assistant, you'll be the go-to leader on Saturdays, using your independent judgment and strong problem-solving skills to ensure fair play, player safety, and a positive atmosphere. You'll support our officiating team, uphold league standards, and resolve issues on the spot.

What You'll Do

Referee Support: Help recruit, train, and schedule officials; observe games and provide feedback. Game Oversight: Monitor games, enforce rules, and resolve disputes in real-time. Conflict Resolution: Be the first point of contact for concerns, de-escalate conflicts, and manage issues professionally. Foster Positivity: Uphold an inclusive, respectful environment for all. Communication & Reporting: Keep clear communication with staff and prepare incident reports. General Support: Assist with equipment, field setup, and special events as needed.

We're Looking For

Natural leaders who make fair decisions and manage dynamic situations. Independent, resourceful problem-solvers with excellent judgment. Exceptional communicators comfortable with all ages and backgrounds. Conflict resolution pros with maturity and composure. Organized and detail-oriented individuals. Reliable and punctual (Saturdays, 8:30 AM-2:00 PM). Passionate about football and youth sports!

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
