Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled G2 Technician to join our team. The Technician will play a crucial role in installation, servicing and maintaining equipment, efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties

Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory management. Ensure timely invoicing and part ordering and follow up procedures daily Provide excellent customer service and communication Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in a technical role, with a minimum of 3 years preferred. Strong understanding of relevant technologies, tools, and equipment used in the industry. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a technical environment.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
