In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers as you professionally maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install commercial and industrial equipment including performance test firing and combustion tests, electrical work, start-ups, and service calls on boilers, feed-water systems, HVAC equipment, and other various equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
oRepresent our company in a professional, courteous and customer service oriented manner on each and every call; you are a proud ambassador for our company.
oUtilize test equipment, meters, and mechanical skills to fire boilers and related equipment, ensuring proper operation before and during installation
oPerform independent start-ups of boilers and associated equipment
oConduct field service calls for start-ups, troubleshooting, repairs, and other service activities as needed
oCarry out basic electrical and mechanical repairs on boilers and auxiliary equipment
oCommunicate effectively with customers to identify boiler issues, deliver equipment training, explain services and operations, and provide technical support
oComplete field service reports documenting work performed, issues encountered, and hours worked
oMaintain, service & repair commercial, industrial process burners and boilers
oContribute to business growth be offering the customer best advice.
oAdhere to all safety rules and procedures.
oMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations.

Skills, Abilities and Experience
:
Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications.
oG2 Level gas license required (training available for qualified G3 candidates)
oOBT 2 oil license an Asset
o1 - 3 yrs of field experience in service of commercial and industrial combustion equipment required. We will train the successful candidate on our equipment.
oMust have at least a Class G Driver's License.
oEvening and weekend work may be required (On-call Schedule).
oPreferred experience with commercial/industrial burners (e.g., asphalt plants, hospitals, process equipment)
oCollege diploma in a related field considered an asset
oExperience in boiler manufacturing considered an asset
oBilingualism considered an asset
oMust be physically capable of performing all work required of this position, i.e. occasional lifting up to shoulder height, frequent bending, occasional squatting/kneeling, working inside and outside in all types of weather.
oMust be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
oMust have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
oMust be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (i.e. Electronics/ electricity, controls)
oVery punctual and dependable.
