Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Advise & manage creation of targeted marketing campaigns for all sales tactics used by the small business team (direct mail & email, SMS, telemarketing, door-to-door & Digital marketing)
• Manage incoming analytics and reporting requests and engage stakeholders to understand the underlying business problem, base assumptions and desired outcomes
• Qualify requirements as ad hoc or recurring performance indicators and build solution accordingly
• Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities to apply new insights to various areas of the organization
• Technological roadmap to increase efficiency and evolution of our business
• Present key findings to management teams and business stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery of BI insights to business stakeholders
• Enforce standards around documentation and overall quality of deliverables
• Act as steward for standards around data model, data dictionary and implementation of business rules and definitions

Critical Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in SQL programming
• Minimum of 2 years experience in BI, analytics or related disciplines
• Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Information Technology , BI, Engineering, Business, Mathematics & Statistics and/or related fields
• Excellent written and oral communicator with a demonstrable history of developing strong partnerships and cross-team collaboration
• Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment
• Ability to quickly analyze information and determine \xe2\x80\x9cwhat does this mean for the business\xe2\x80\x9d

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide
• Hands-on experience with ETL development and design techniques
• Knowledge of telecommunication sector
• Proven project management and change management skills
• Experience with Tableau, Microstrategy and/or other reporting tools

Additional Requirements

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
