Job Description

Maple Leaf Athletic Club is seeking a motivated and creative Fundraising Coordinator to support our minor hockey program. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the experience of our athletes by raising funds that directly benefit youth and their families, while helping offset the costs of uniforms, apparel, ice rentals, clubhouse operations, and the purchase of a rink.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising initiatives for the club Develop and manage fundraising goals and timelines Promote and advertise fundraising campaigns through marketing and community outreach Work collaboratively with club executive, volunteers, and community partners Track fundraising progress and outcomes Attend monthly executive meetings Work remote - make the position your own

Qualifications & Experience



Previous experience in fundraising and/or marketing Strong organizational and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Experience working with community organizations or sport teams is an asset

Position Details



Employment Type: Casual, Part-Time Schedule: Flexible Compensation: Salary is negotiable and dependent on funds raised
