We are a rapidly growing team of professional fundraisers looking for motivated, top-notch Fundraising Assistants to join our Regina and Saskatoon teams immediately.

Our ideal candidate will be a results-oriented and charismatic individual. Prior Fundraising, Community Outreach, or Customer Service experience is preferred but not required. We are looking forward to cross-training our ideal candidate in all aspects of Customer Service, Promotions, and Management. And the training doesn't end there! We will provide you with comprehensive ongoing training to familiarize you with our client's charitable core mission as well as with all aspects of the Customer Service cycle. From there, your success will be driven by your personal motivation, persistence, and ability to connect with prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive fundraising efforts by meeting directly with community members and delivering exciting, engaging presentations regarding the specified charity
• Educate community members on our charity partners' core mission to members of the local communities
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on our charity partners
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
• Drive client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty through donor activities at the events

• Have an entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking, and relentless drive for success
• 0-2 Years in customer service, community outreach or marketing
• Can follow a proven process
• Highly competitive and want to win
• Can take rejection and learn from it
• Willing to try new approaches and techniques
