Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic development team for our client Building Common Good. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference and capable of cultivating strong relationships with donors, prospects, and supporters to secure funding for our organization. This position involves actively engaging with potential donors, executing fundraising strategies, and ensuring the growth and success of our fundraising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Clearly communicate our mission, goals, and the impact of donations on our programs. Build rapport with individuals and educate them on how their contribution will make a difference. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about our mission and fundraising strategies. Approach potential Leads in a respectful and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and establish rapport with people quickly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: $750.00-$950.00 per week
Additional pay:
