In this role, you will be the cornerstone for documenting, analyzing, and enhancing our business and project management processes.   • Map, analyze, and enhance capital project execution processes, identifying gaps and creating solutions.
  • Facilitate the development and integration of new or updated processes, engaging stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and cohesive implementations.
  • Document process maps, maintain a process library, and ensure processes are consistently applied and interconnected across departments.
  • Act as a liaison between ATCO Electric and other business units, managing system enhancements, resolving issues, and promoting solutions that boost organizational efficiency.
  • Spearhead quality assurance for new functionalities, manage organizational reporting requests, and support the automation of routine reports to enhance data accuracy and collection efficiency.
  • Guide the migration and maintenance of project information and ensure the reliability of cloud-based data repositories like SharePoint.
What You Bring:
  • A diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or Information Technology. Other relevant qualifications will be considered.
  • Professional designations such as BPM, CBAP, or PMP are preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in requirements analysis, process modeling, systems evaluation, and effective communication of complex information.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, data analysis, and metric reporting is advantageous.
  • Exceptional self-motivation, customer service orientation, and communication skills, complemented by meticulous attention to detail.
