Key Responsibilities



Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, including those made with fruits, milk, tea, tapioca pearls, and other creative toppings, following established recipes and quality standards. Ensure the correct ingredients and proportions are used for each drink, including tea, milk, fresh fruits, tapioca pearls, and other toppings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including prepping ingredients (e.g., cutting fruits) and cleaning equipment. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Assist in inventory management, ensuring all ingredients (including fruits) and supplies are stocked and stored properly. Adhere to company health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and staff. Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in training new team members on drink preparation and operational procedures. Stay updated on new menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions to enhance the customer experience. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.

Qualifications



Prior experience in quick-service, food service, or retail (1-3 years preferred). Strong teamwork and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform basic lifting as required.

Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Mandarin, Cantonese)
