This is not an entry-level role. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on responsibility, structure, and ownership.
We are seeking a high-capacity, highly organized, professional powerhouse to step into a key role at Luxe Beauty & Wellness Co. managing leaders, supporting ownership, running operations, and protecting our brand presence online.
THE ROLE AT A GLANCE
Hiring for end of February to begin training and the role begins in March when our current employee relocates.
This position combines four major functions into one senior role:
Operations Manager
Administrative Lead
Assistant to Ownership
Social Media & Brand Coordinator
You will oversee leaders, systems, standards, and strategy while also ensuring Luxe's public presence is polished, professional, and powerful.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Operations
Oversee daily operations of the salon alongside ownership
Manage and support department leaders
Ensure policies, SOPs, and standards are followed consistently
Identify gaps in operations and implement solutions
Maintain high expectations for professionalism, punctuality, and performance
Act as a leadership presence when ownership is unavailable
Assistant to Ownership
Act as a right-hand support to the Owner
Manage priorities, communication flow, and task follow-through
Assist with meetings, planning, documentation, and confidential matters
Keep leadership initiatives organized and on track
Protect the Owner's time and focus by handling details proactively
Administration & Systems
Oversee internal organization and workflow
Support payroll inputs, staff coordination, and coverage planning
Maintain documentation, procedures, and internal communications
Ensure consistency in enforcement of policies and expectations
Assist with onboarding systems and staff structure
Social Media & Brand Management
Manage all salon social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule brand-aligned content
Maintain Luxe's tone: professional, confident, luxury-driven
Capture in-salon content and coordinate with team members
Monitor messages, comments, and brand reputation
This role is about brand protection, not just posting.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Leadership experience in operations, management, or administration

Professional writing and digital communication skills
Experience in beauty, wellness, or service-based industries is a strong asset but leadership ability matters most.
SCHEDULE & COMMITMENT
Full-time position (typically 32h)
Must be flexible with hours based on operational needs
