We are seeking a talented, experienced Hair Stylist to join our growing salon. We are looking for someone who is motivated, personable, up to date on current hair trends, and confident behind the chair. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence through exceptional hair care services. You will be responsible for providing high-quality hair styling, cutting, and coloring services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Existing Clientele Experienced and confident performing colouring, cutting and styling services

Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on styles and products. Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments as needed. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with the best options available.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and preferences. Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in the salon environment. Front desk experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
