The Days Inn Calgary North Balzac is looking for a

Full-Time Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

. The Days Inn Calgary North Balzac is located at 292243 Wagon Wheel Blvd, Balzac, AB.

Please note public transit is not available directly to the hotel.

8-hour Shifts will vary between the hours of

7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am

. You

must be willing and available to work any day of the week including weekends

. Only those candidates with this availability will be considered and need apply. Candidates must have excellent English skills. We are looking for someone who has worked as a Front Desk Agent in the hotel industry, so you understand the expectations of this role.

The successful candidate must be a driven, self-starter who is motivated and eager to learn. You will excel at customer service as you would be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, canceling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms. Customer service and front desk experience will be considered an asset. The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie Hospitality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome.
