Job Description

The Home Inn & Suites by d3h(TM) - Saskatoon South is accepting applications for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent. 8 hours shifts will be from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and available for coverage 11pm-7am. You must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, and varying weekdays. Experience in the hotel industry as a Front Desk Agent will be preferred as you will understand the requirements of this role. You must be upbeat, friendly, and customer service oriented as you are the first point of contact for guests. You would be responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, canceling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms. The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie Hospitality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome. Candidates must have excellent English skills.
