CAD $1,000 per vehicle

Annual Income Potential:

$80,000 CAD to $150,000 or more

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1). Sales and Customer Interaction:

Lead Generation:

Engage potential customers through social media, online platforms, and networking.

Follow-Up:

Maintain consistent communication with leads and clients to build trust and close deals.

2). Sales Process Management:

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate remotely and finalize deals accurately and professionally.

3). Administrative Tasks:

CRM & Records:

Keep customer information and sales data up to date.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates to the Team Leader and dealership.

4). Marketing and Promotion:

Online Promotion:

Promote inventory and dealership services through digital strategies.

Content Creation:

Share content like vehicle highlights and promotional materials following MVSA guidelines.

5). Compliance and Documentation:

Documentation:

Complete and submit paperwork efficiently.

Regulatory Adherence:

Ensure all activity aligns with MVSA and dealership policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

1). Experience and Licensing:

Minimum 1-2 Years of Automotive Sales Experience in BC

MUST HAVE a valid VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority) License (we will help)

Class-5 License

2). Legal and Compliance:

Comply with all data protection and consumer privacy regulations.

COMMISSION PAYOUT:

This is a COMMISSION-BASED role. There is no fixed hourly or salaried wage.

You will be compensated per sale with the opportunity to earn:

$1,000 per vehicle sold

Additional bonuses based on performance

Average of 6-10 sales per month
