FULL-TIME EXPERIENCED PURCHASING/PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST - STONEY CREEK LOCATION

As our trusted brand continues to evolve, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic Procurement team.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented

Purchasing/Procurement Specialist

to work along side existing staff in our procurement division. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of procurement operations, vendor management, and strategic sourcing activities.

Main Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support new projects as needed.

Compile data for analysis from various sources

Liaise with branch offices regarding Administration and Procurement policies.

Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts.

Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Demonstrate the ability to consistently adapt to different tasks when required.

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills and Time Management Skills

Experience with multi location entities considered an asset.

Dealership or automotive industry experience considered an asset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience with Karmak or other dealership management software an asset.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
