Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role requires a proactive approach to managing accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of the bookkeeping process, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review. Conduct budget analysis and assist in the preparation of annual budgets. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage for efficient record-keeping. Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation. Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.

Experience

Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Strong understanding of account reconciliation, payroll processing, budgeting, and account analysis. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Problem solving skills is a must Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and management.
