. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting, payroll, and supporting general administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping (Primary):
Full-cycle bookkeeping: AP, AR, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations
Payroll preparation and coordination
HST filings, monthly and year-end reporting
Manage expense tracking and budgets
Coordinate with external accountant for tax filings and financial statements
Administrative Support:
Assist with office coordination, email follow-ups, and scheduling
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Handle customer/vendor communication as needed
Support the owner and team with ad hoc admin tasks
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
Proficient with QuickBooks (or similar), Excel, and cloud-based tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and discretion
Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
