Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide expert service recommendations Write and manage repair orders while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion Order and track automotive parts needed for repair and maintenance services Schedule service appointments and generate business through multiple advertising channels Communicate with warranty companies to support customers with claims Take part in opening or closing the service department as assigned Meet and exceed monthly sales and service goals Assist with vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs when required
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or Automotive Administrator preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced dealership environment Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong sales drive
Work Schedule:
Full-time role, Monday to Saturday
