Canadian Tire at Sheppard and Leslie (Store 192) is currently hiring a

Part-Time Automotive Service Advisor

to join our dynamic automotive service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications

Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred
(Dealership or Canadian Tire experience is an asset)

Ability to sell automotive services and clearly explain technical details to customers Comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally Experience with automotive service software (Costar experience is preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their automotive service needs Prepare accurate repair estimates and detailed work orders Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Maintain accurate service records and documentation Help ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience from check-in to vehicle pick-up

Skills and Attributes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities Time management and multitasking skills Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms Familiarity with digital tools and automotive service software Patience and adaptability when dealing with diverse customers Analytical thinking and sound decision-making

Additional Information

Hours up to 44 per week
(Hours may increase or decrease depending on season and business needs)

Must be available to work evenings and weekends Position is commission-based with performance bonus opportunities
