Job Description

Midway Mazda in South Surrey is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for full time employment. We are a family owned dealership with a focus on customer satisfaction and long term retention. If you are a motivated, focused individual with the necessary experience, we want you on our team. All experience levels will be considered.

Duties include:

Friendly, courteous reception of all customers to the parts and service department. Effective assessment of customer needs Service write up Recommending additional work with effective selling strategies Quality communication with technical staff Shop work flow management. Keeping customers appraised of vehicle status Closing and cashiering work orders. Sourcing parts, part number lookup and sale to work orders and counter invoices. Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction survey results. Utilize various dealership software to perform the above tasks. Additional duties as may be required.
Qualifications:

Automotive Service Advisor experience. Some Parts experience is an asset A great customer service attitude. Excitement about the Mazda brand and the automotive industry. Ability to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literacy with CDK/ADP software experience highly preferred Valid driver's licence. Ability to work Saturdays Attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow Willingness to cross train as a Parts Advisor.
