As a Donut Server at Lee's Donuts, you will play a crucial role in both providing top-notch customer service and adding artistic flair to our delicious donuts. Your responsibilities will include:

Server Responsibilities:



Exceptional Customer Service: Greeting and serving customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Order Processing: Taking accurate customer orders and efficiently processing transactions using the Square POS register. Donut Preparation: Assisting with displaying donuts on the showcase for sale, ensuring visual standards are met. Upselling: Actively upselling additional menu items to enhance the customer experience.

Donut Decorating Responsibilities:



Creativity and Precision: Utilizing your artistic skills to decorate donuts to company standards with precision and creativity. Quality Control: Ensuring that decorated donuts meet the company's visual and taste standards before they are served to customers.

General Responsibilities:



Restocking: Ensuring that supplies are restocked as needed to maintain a smooth workflow. Cleanliness: Providing valuable assistance with cleaning duties to maintain a pristine environment in all areas of the store (inside/outside, front counter, kitchen, bathroom, etc) Product Knowledge: Maintaining a solid knowledge of all donut products and quickly adapting to new decorating techniques and monthly flavours.

Requirements:



A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A team player with a high level of energy and approachability. A quick learner who can retain product details and adapt to new offerings. Experience in handling credit card and debit transactions. A positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a friendly demeanor. Reliability, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, with a willingness to learn. Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation - Base Salary: $17.40/hour + tips!
