DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting and Customer Service:
Welcome residents and guests; assist with inquiries, reservations, and appointments while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Security and Access Control:
Conduct visual inspections of key areas, monitor building access, register visitors, and enforce security protocols. Perform security patrols and oversee compliance with bylaws.
Package Management:
Receive, log, and distribute packages; notify residents of arrivals and coordinate pickups.
Communication and Coordination:
Manage incoming calls and emails; relay important information to residents and maintenance staff.
Building Maintenance and Inspections:
Conduct routine inspections of common areas and amenities, report maintenance issues, and coordinate amenity bookings.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and package deliveries; prepare daily shift reports and activity logs.
Move-Ins and Outs:
Coordinate logistics for new residents, including paperwork, elevator usage, and inspections.
Emergency Response:
Act as the first point of contact for emergencies, following protocols for evacuations and incidents.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about building policies and contribute to a positive work environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
At least 1 year experience as a Concierge.
Proficient customer and personal service - actively looking for ways to help people.
Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, including picking up phone calls, and corresponding emails in a very timely manner.
Must have strong communication skills.
Must have good coordinating and listening skills.
Must be able to stay calm under pressure.
Must have knowledge of computers basic programs and systems (Microsoft Office, Internet, Email and Messaging proficiency).
