Visit us for more information at www.renspets.com! The Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring all merchandise is ordered, delivered and received in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Receiving Associate, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensuring orders of inventory are processed and delivered in a timely manner;
- Overseeing inventory stocking and merchandising;
- Seeking to learn and grow through personal learning and development opportunities;
- Building effective relationships with peer and upper management partners;
- Participating in productive management and team meetings;
- Partnering in store\xe2\x80\x99s execution of all merchandise processing and flow to the floor in
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong interpersonal skills: mature, pleasant, friendly style;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to educate self on products and services;
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year in warehouse setting;
- Knowledge and/or experience with pets is considered an asset
- Monday to Friday
