Duties
Assist with preparing and marketing property listings across various platforms
Coordinate property showings and open houses with clients and agents
Manage client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in person
Support negotiation processes between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions
Maintain organized records of property documents, contracts, and client information
Conduct market research to stay updated on local real estate trends and pricing
Support property management activities, including scheduling repairs and inspections
Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
Assist with social media marketing campaigns to promote listings and brand presence
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative roles or real estate support preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the general property sale process is an asset
Customer service-oriented mindset with professional demeanor
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Paragon or real estate CRM systems
