Full time office position with established trucking and excavating company based in North Vancouver for 30 years. We are looking for a candidate that has experience with full cycle book keeping, customer service, and some dispatch.
Duties
General office duties, emailing, Microsoft office.
Customer service, taking customer information for dispatch and customer correspondence.
knowledge and experience in simply accounting.
Full cycle bookkeeping.
Payroll
Government remittances/ WCB remittances.
GST/PST payroll remittances.
Reconciling Bank and Credit Card Statements
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Effective phone etiquette and customer service skills for customer interactions
Clerical experience in an office setting, including filing, document management, and administrative support
Strong computer skills
English as a main language
Willing to learn and grow with the company
This position is ideal for candidates who are proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a office environment.
