We are Burnaby-based coffee company currently looking for a team player to fill the position of a Full -Time Office/Operations Assistant.
Order desk, customer service
Shipping/Receiving/Courier tracking and booking shipments
Office duties includes posting payments, vendor invoices, ordering inventory, invoicing, receiving incoming calls, emailing customers and also supporting customers with any order related questions and resolving any concerns they might have
Multi-tasking and being a team player is required.
Successful candidate must be available to work schedule will be Monday-Friday hours 9-4pm approximately 7 hours per day.
